- Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund. - Opened Bottles:
Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on opened bottles. - Unopened Items:
Unopened products can be eligible for a refund or replacement if there is a shipping error or damage. Please contact our support team to arrange this. - Refund Processing:
